Nadia Romano - Founder and Manager of Judd Wood site
Nadia Romano is the founder of Rain or Shine, manages the Leigh site and has a BA Honours Degree in Early Years Education,. It was during this period of study that Nadia heard about Forest Schools and after further research she decided that she would like to open her own Forest Preschool. She completed her Forest School Leader qualification in July 2015. Nadia also has a current paediatric first aid certificate as well as an additional outdoor first aid certificate. She has attended a Safeguarding Children course during the past 2 years and has a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. She is the designated safeguarding officer and SENCO for the preschool.
Suzi Ibbotson - Manager - Leigh Site
Suzi joined us in September 2018. She has experience of working with young children as she has previously worked as a nanny.
Leonara Taylor - Early Years Practitioner - Leigh
She is an advocate for children learning through play and following their own interests.
Fran Chevis - Early Years Practitioner - Juddwood
Fran joined us in September 2019. She has completed her Forest School Leader qualification. She has a paediatric first aid qualification as well as an outdoor first aid qualification.
Gemma Johnson - Leigh
Gemma joined in February 2020 working 2 days a week. Her children attended Rain or Shine when we first opened. Gemma has a love of the outdoors and wants to share her passion with the children who attend Rain or Shine.
Louise Ingham - Juddwood
Louise joined in September 2020. Her children have attended Rain or Shine. Louise has a love of the outdoors and wants to share her passion with the children who attend Rain or Shine.
